I can’t recover anything from the file. The data in the file looks ok, but is for some reason not actually ok. I’ve asked a developer to take a look as well.

The developer looked at the file as well, and it is corrupted in a way that there isn’t anything he can do to recover the file.
I am getting a “Auto token cannot be used message. The user must sign in” message. However, After I have signed in, I am still unable to open any skp files
I’m facing the same error. It’s not even creating .SKB Files.

Yeah Please let me know what developer says. That’s a strange error and still I’m not sure how to fix it.
He did take a look, but the error that is in the file is one that means he can’t do anything to rescue the file. Your next option is to look to see if you have an SKB version of the file in the same folder, and see if that opens ok if you renamed it to be .skp.
Hi @colin I am having the same error as some of the people above. When i try to open the latest version it says: “This model failed file integrity checks and cannot be opened.” I am able to open the backup version but there are some things I edited since then that I need from the newer version. Please let me know if you/developers can help me open the file or if that file is completely corrupted. I have added both models into the wetransfer link below. Thanks!
Hi, yes, I understand. Like I mentioned in my initial comment, there are some things that I edited since the backup file that I’d like to recover from the corrupted file.
I recovered the SKP file as well:
111 of the materials are bigger than 512 across, and many are huge. Reducing those to 512x512 made the file be 156 MB instead of 249 MB. The link I gave still has the big materials in it.

Unfortunately, those files are not SketchUp files, they are pretty random data.
