"This model failed file integrity checks and cannot be opened”
You must share the model if you want others to try opening it. Someone posted about the same error message recently, and @colin who has some superpowers, was able to fix it.

What did you do after getting the file from Box?
I figured out its because of this… See i try to purge it and save then the file become “Failed Integrity”
Please tell me how to fix it when it happens again
Hmmm … I didn’t have any propblem when I purged unused stuff from your file although the only unused stuff was some tags after fixing incorrect tag usage.
I don’t think this is a thing you can fix after it happens. I suspect the real issue might come from something you’ve imported into the file, either the CAD file (which seems to be missing in the file you shared) or something you’ve added from the 3D Warehouse maybe.
Nope, i tried a couple of different files and purge here in statistics and it gives me the same issue… Im doing this since then but when im using this Sketch up 2024 then its giving me now this problem

It also crashing my Lumion file… When the sketch up model became file integrity, the lumion file also vanished and cant open it again
Is the version of SketchUp 2024 for the most recent one? When you installed it did you install it correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator.
Yah i believed i installed it correctly.
Just letting you know I’m checking this out too. I didn’t get the fixed file from Box in time, it’s deleted from Dropbox, so I took the original file and will fix the integrity issue, then try some purging.
It will be very exciting if I can reproduce the problem, then the developers might be able to do something to stop it happening.

I tried the purging in lower version of sketchup (2022) and it works fine.
