Hi, I cannot seem to connect to the 3D Warehouse today (within Sketchup). I have tried signing out of Trimble and signing back in. I have also restarted my PC. Neither of these have fixed the issue. I didn’t have any issues with the 3D warehouse yesterday, so I’m not sure what has changed overnight? Any global outages?
I use Sketchup PRO 2025. PC is connected to the internet. I’m in New Zealand.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Ca you connect via web browser? Working fine where I’m at.
Having similar problems today - I can access the 3D Warehouse, but get errors when attempting to download.
Within Sketchup, it just returns Error. On Firefox, it returns the following error - “Looks like there’s a problem with this site
https://download-premium-warehouse.sketchup.com/warehouse/v1.0/content/restricted/7a375ab1-495b-463a-89fe-543c9de0ccb8 sent back an error.
Error code: 404 Not Found
Check to make sure you’ve typed the website address correctly.”
I am also having issues. Error report ‘Alert” when trying to download in SketchUp and when trying to download in browser - error can’t connect to site https://download-premium-warehouse.sketchup.com/warehouse/v1.0/content/restricted/5d5525e6-6255-4dd2-ba35-f5a9185f52e5
Hi! I’m experiencing the same problem. I can’t download anything from 3D Warehouse, either inside SketchUp or via the browser. I’ve tried multiple versions and networks, but no luck so far.

2025 SketchUp Pro. Macbook M1 Pro
I could only download the 3D Models on the first site “LATEST UPDATES IN SKETCHUP” but when I wanted something specific I couldn’t download it…
The status page does not indicate any problems.
I was just able to download a component from the 3DW without issue.
I’m guessing it is server related and therefore is regional, I get this if I try to download anything.
I just tried with SU 2026 and it works fine where I live.

I get the connection error in SU app, and the Error code as what others are getting on Chrome
