Is anybody else having trouble accessing 3DWarehouse? Servers seem to be not working both in program and online???
100% we are not beeing able to download any model here at the moment…

Yes, every time I try to download anything at all from the 3D warehouse, I’m met with this message “An error occurred when connecting to 3D Warehouse”. I’ve done all the checks on network, account, and updates (computer, Safari, SketchUp, etc), and all else is running fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated for I’m losing out on work time. Thanks! Oh, and Warehouse has been working fine until just a few hours ago… Oh, and I’m in Finland.

yes I was also using about a hour or so ago, however now I cant access anything it says exactly the same! I’m working on a deadline so I really could do with finding a solution to this! I’m working from The Netherlands
Same issue, UK. Started around 10am.

Using the 3dwarehouse website:
Did find my model but when trying to download it only downloads a html file “Failed - Serverproblem”:
Using Sketchup “Windows > 3D Warehouse”:
Did find my model but when trying to download it, a popup shows “An error accurred when connecting to the 3D Warehouse”:
Using Sketchup “Component library”:
The search option took minutes to find my model but when trying to download it, it shows a message “Download Progress…” :
… but unfortunately nothing gets downloaded

Hmmm. Seems to have fixed itself. Wish SketchUp would communicate with us about what happened, so we’d know what to do in the future. I hope everyone else has theirs working now too.
You could always check status.connect.trimble.com It shows there were some outages a few days ago although those were planned maintenance and were announced a few weeks ago. Could also be Amazon Web Servers that are out. You can find there status via a Google search.
Yeah, that was the first place I actually went after making sure network and computer were running normally. It didn’t show any outages, although according to the forum, quite a few folks were having similar difficulties.
It did seem to be spotty. Some places no problems at all.
