Weird one, i am usuing sketchup 2024, and haven’t had an issue until today, the 3d warehouse won’t let me download any models into my sketchup file. it loads the models in the 3d warehouse, but every time I try download it, it just comes up with an error occured when connecting to the 3d warehouse. I have checked all my connectivity settings, firewalls/proxy settings, I’ve even uninstalled sketchup and redownloaded it and restarted my pc several times, I have even tried to download the models from just the web browser 3d warehouse and it still is not working. Unsure what to do at this point, if anyone could point me in the right direction please.

Nothing. Read the “million” similar posts on this forum, and wait until the SU staff manage to solve the problem. 
Hey. I had a look at similar posts prior to posting this, and the latest post I could see was in 2023, without a solution to what’s been happening to me so I thought I would make a post to see if anyone had some more recent advice. Thanks anyway

I’ve been trying to download some models since yesterday with this error. Now I’ve just tried it again and it works
