When opening files throught the built 3D warehouse tab (sketchup web free) i cannot seem to download any files as of yesterday. I can download the few models on the home screen but nothing else.
when i click the file, the download screen opens up for a few seconds, the bar doesn’t move, closes down and nothing happens. I can however download the files to my computer with no issues.
Anyone else facing anything similar?
Yes. If you had checked the Technical Problems > Warehouses subcategory, you would see quite a few others, especially in Europe are having this problem.
I’m experiencing the same issue, and it started today.
I’ve tested SketchUp 2025, SketchUp 2026, and the web browser version, but none of them can download models from the 3D Warehouse. In all cases, I get a connection or download error when trying to load a model directly.
This happens consistently regardless of version or platform, so it doesn’t appear to be a version-specific problem. It seems more likely to be an issue on the 3D Warehouse side.
I’m also experiencing the download failure. It occurs in Sketchup 2025 and also in the online web version of the 3D warehouse. Does somebody have an idea when it will be fixed? Just working on a project with a strict deadline.
I’m also experiencing the dowload failure since yesterday evening. It occurs in Sketchup pro 2026 and also in 2025 and also on line or with private extensions and doesn’t work on the web browser version. I just can use my private models dowloaded on my own. @3DWarehouse’s technical support: can we have some help or informations please !!
Just an update — the problem seems to be fixed now.
3D Warehouse downloads are working for me again. Thanks everyone!
