Cannot download from 3D Warehouse

Hi everyone, I’m having a serious issue with 3D Warehouse, and I’m completely unable to use it, both inside SketchUp and in the web browser.

The problem:

  • The 3D Warehouse does not load or connect properly

  • Models cannot be downloaded

  • I get connection errors or the page fails to load

What I’ve already tried:

  • Updated SketchUp from 2025 to 2026

  • Logged in and out of my Trimble account

  • Reinstalled SketchUp

  • Tried different internet connections

  • Enabled TLS 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 in Windows internet settings

  • Restarted the computer

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this related to regional blocking, account restrictions, DNS issues, or certificate problems? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
