Hi everyone, I’m having a serious issue with 3D Warehouse, and I’m completely unable to use it, both inside SketchUp and in the web browser.
The problem:

The 3D Warehouse does not load or connect properly

Models cannot be downloaded

I get connection errors or the page fails to load
What I’ve already tried:

Updated SketchUp from 2025 to 2026

Logged in and out of my Trimble account

Reinstalled SketchUp
-
Tried different internet connections

Enabled TLS 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 in Windows internet settings

Restarted the computer
Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this related to regional blocking, account restrictions, DNS issues, or certificate problems? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
