Confirmed not working in the UK. Tried both at work (corporate network, fixed IP) and at home (ADSL2, fixed IP) in both the browser access to the 3DWarehouse and in the embedded access inside Sketchup. Web access simply says the file/page does not exist (error 404). Inside Sketchup a downloading dialog comes up but nothing downloads, however the number of allowed downloads counter is decremented behind the scenes. That means to test it further you have to watch the video to gain 3 more downloads which don’t work. Have tried several 3D models including ones downloaded before and nothing downloads.
Same in KOR
When I tried accessing 3D Warehouse in a web browser and signing in with a free account, I was able to download successfully.
However, downloads still fail when I use an account with a paid subscription license.
Based on the above findings, could this be a temporary error?
same, can connect to search and browse but not download.

Use a VPN and choose the US. You’ll be able to download models.
I was able to successfully download from the website using an account without a license. It appears that the issue may be related to licensing
I have the same problem. Odd thing is that I was using the warehouse 4 hours ago before quitting the app with no problems at all.
Same issue here in Dubai. But did you guys noticed that every download is under the address for Premium? was there any plan from trimble to charge us for the downloads in the future?
anyone seen a reply from a member of Sketchup/Trimble staff yet in the myriad of posts about this?

Edit: I think this must be either an intermittent problem or something else as I’ve just experienced the error message on one model but not on another.

J’ai créé un compte gratuit sur le site et ne parviens toujours pas à DL les modèles.
par contre l’url citée dans le message d’erreur ne comprend plus “premium”

Are you guys finding you can’t download anything at all? Or is it particular models you are trying?
I’ve randomly tried various stools and tables and I’ve had about a 50% success rate
