Click your avatar icon at the upper right on the forum page. Then click the little person icon to open a menu where you can select preferences. You can edit your full name field there then click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
yes it was 13.11 .2020 but i dont understand how it s not working properly in sketchup from the start …
Probably need to talk to the software developers at AMD about that.
So although you reported the issue to AMD you made it anonymously so they can’t ask you for more information if they need it?

Just a dumb question: What graphics card is your SketchUp currently using? (look in the Window menu>Preferenced>OpenGL window, click on Details). If your computer also has an integrated video chip, you might have to go to the AMD control panel 3D settings to set SketchUp to use your AMD card.
Why did you change? That card was fairly recent and any other model will give you no perceivable performance boosts in SketchUp. Is the Nvidia driver still installed in your computer?
nope i cleared whole nvidia drivers completly …
btw : i cannot open preferences tab anymore , wtf ?
why , because i need more Vram for rendering with twinmotion and maybe with enscape but enscape is very good at memory managment …
for now i just reverted my nvidia video card back
but even with nvidia card i cant open preferences panel , sketchup just freeze and i have to shut it down from task manager … 
my trial version 2019 works just fine with opening preferences tab
Try opening the panel and when it doesn’t appear, hit Enter. Does that free up SketchUp to work? Most likely you’ve got the Preferences panel opening off screen.
If that works: Go Window/Preferences then hit alt and space together, then m, tap any arrow, then without clicking anything move the mouse around until the Preferences dialog appears on your screen, click to place.
I noticed you switched from Nvidia to AMD for the graphics. Without completely removing the drivers all sorts of ## can happen. Go to This site and get DDU, a driver removal tool. It is FREE. Follow the directions, it works like a charm.
maybe but dave r show me another user which got brand new machine with amd 6800 series card and he got same problems then me ,
so doesnt matter if i clear registry or not …
It is an AMD display driver problem. Check the AMD website for updated drivers.
Yes, I got the latest drivers but it still won’t work properly, I have a razer laptop with rtx 2060 and it works perfectly fine there… I got this card last week, I’m working from home and just got back today from a long vacation so I just saw that this new GPU of mine has a bug/glitch on sketchup.
Keep your fingers crossed that AMD will fix the graphics drivers soon.
