This is really great. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
Starting from this post about dwg and faces
Creating faces in an imported dwg file. Once all geometry is properly grouped and tagged (different methods - native tools/extensions), faces can be easily created, without sticky geometry/triple click problems.
The tags are for visibility control, they do not separate the raw geometry in SketchUp, just like in AutoCAD.

Starting from this post about horizontal road over sloped terrain
Hi @Epix3D !
Taking into account that you added your question in a thread about Artisan 2, and the solution I offered you does not involve the use of that extension, I add the method used in my thread.
Steps:
- base model
- duplicate the road and using Vertex Tools to make it horizontal (you can use other extensions for this)
- using Fredo Curviloft to create middle of the roads
- using mc-AlignEnds to conform the middle of the roads over the sloped terrain
- using Vertex Tools to fix the road
- horizontal road follow the slope of the terrain
- using Line to create a perimeter following terrain and the new road
- creating of terrain plots
- using Soap Skin and Bubble extension to create the surfaces of the plots
- geometry of the sloped terrain with horizontal roads
- texturing the new road
- texturing the new terrain
- finished model
