Did you only send the client images from the model? If you ever used Trimble Connect to let them look at the model, there should be a history of the saves you did for that model. One of the earlier saves should work ok.

Your file is missing critical data. Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Your profile says you are using “Free Plan” SketchUp 2024. Does that mean it is cra cked? What operating system? What graphics card? “64” is NOT the answer to either of those.

That would be the cause. Same thing has happened to many other users. Best practice is to save on the internal drive and copy it to an external drive if needed.

You haven’t identified the operating system. If it’s Windows, you could look for the .skb backup file in the same folder as the .skp file, rename the .skb to .skp and try opening it. If that doesn’t work, start over.
If you have to start over, save the file to the internal drive.
Your profile says you are using “Free Plan” 2024. Does that mean you are using a cr acked version? I asked you this before and you ignored the question so I presume you are. Get a legal subscription to SketchUp before you do anything else. Then when you start your project, save it on the internal drive and save a backup to Trimble Connect so you have it in two places.
