Hello, help with the file. The problem is like everyone else’s.
The .skp file is not recoverable. It might be that @colin will be able to get something out of the .skb file but unlikely he’ll get all of it. Where were you saving the file as you were working on it?
BTW, please correct your forum profile. SketchUp Pro is not available with a SketchUp Go subscription.
As Dave says, the SKP can’t be recovered, it’s 100% zeros. The SKB is only about 10% zeros, but that’s enough to make it not possible to recover anything.

This SKB file was repairable by uploading it to app.sketchup.com (which has some newer patches) and then downloading the repaired file. You might trry that with your SKP file itself.
Everything in the model appears to have survived!

@timefrost I’m glad your issue is resolved. I have similar issue by the way but when i tried uploading my file on SketchUp web as explained by @sWilliams it keeps showing this endless Chinese letters. What version of SketchUp are you really using? SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for school children.
Where have you been saving the file as you’ve been working on it? Unfortunately your files appear to be mostly zeros with nothing to recover.

Are you using sketchup 2021? If you have a subscription plan you should upgrade to 2023.
Both files have big chunks of zeros in them. I can’t recover anything from either one.
If anyone able to recover this file, much appreciated.

It opened right up for me. What happens when you try to open it? Do you have the latest version of SketchUp 2023 installed?
There is actually a lot of built content in this file, 3D geometry I mean. I’m unable to open the file myself. I keep getting a bugsplat message. I briefly get an open recovery file popup, but the file crashes before I can click anything. I don’t have the latest version of SketchUp 2023.
There isn’t anything in the file you shared except the image and the scale figure component.
What graphics card do you have? “Memory” doesn’t identify it.
Why not? Update to the latest version of 2023.
I’ll update to the latest version and see if anything changes. I think I may have lost the data permanently

Maybe. It’s certainly not in the file you shared.
Put that in your forum profile.
Also make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
