Hi @rseagroves , thanks for the post and sorry for the delay in my reply. I was able to find everything I needed on your website and got both domains added to the database. You are all set to go. Just make sure that you deploy the app correctly as an improper deployment can cause issues later on. If you need help deploying the app I will refer you back to the post on March 4th for instructions for a Google environment.
If you are still getting an error please let me know what it says and provide some screenshots if possible. I am happy to help out.
As a K-12 we had access to SketchUp for School until June 2025 with Microsoft Education, but thatâs no longer the case. Can you verify that our domain is still in the whitelist?

Hi @chrcarre , thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you lost access to SketchUp for Schools. While I am happy to work with you to try and figure out what went wrong, Microsoft accounts should not be affected by our database system as they use a different system for verification. If you have a moment, can you grab a screenshot of any errors you are getting when you try and access the app? I may be able to figure out what is wrong based on that. Bonus points if you can get a screenshot of the developer mode console in the browser you are using to access SketchUp for Schools as that tells me even more.

Thanks for the screenshots @chrcarre! That is exactly what I need. I am fairly certain that I know what the issue is and have a meeting to confirm it in an hour. Once I have a potential fix I can share it with you right away.
We may need you to redeploy the app as part of the troubleshooting process so make sure you can do that when the time comes.
Edit: Go ahead and re-deploy the app now and let me know if that helps at all. If Tori and I are correct, it should be working after that.

Thanks for your answer. What do you mean by âre-deploy the appâ ? In Chrome, I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but it didnât change anything and I still have the same message (see attached screenshots).

Hi @chrcarre, I just made a small update to our database. Can you see if you are getting any new error messages in the developer mode in Google Chrome? I may be able to narrow down some potential errors based on what it shows.
