First up I’ll address you @eloy. In order to add you to the database I need to know what domains want me to add. You already mentioned one, but if I understand your post, you are asking me to add multiple domains. Please let me know any domains you want added in addition to the one you already posted. I also need to verify that you are a k-12 school or if you are a higher education school. Just a simple post letting me know that info is all I need from you.
As for you @I.C.GinoStrada, I am happy to get you added to the database right now as you have provided me with the info I need already. You are all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure you don’t skip any steps as you deploy the app as that can cause issues later on. If you are still seeing an error, please let me know by starting a new thread so we can start troubleshooting.
I’m sorry, it was a mistake. I just need a domain (@iesrocagrossa.cat). As for the institution, it is K-12. Thank you very much for everything.

I was able to get both of you added to the database moments ago and by the time this post is live, the database should have updated so you will be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure that you don’t skip any steps as you deploy the app as that can cause issues later on.

I was able to locate your website and get all the info I needed to get you added to our database from there so by the time you see this post you should be all set to deploy the app for your domains if you have not already done so. Just make sure you do it via a super admin so you don’t run into problems later on.

Could we get our domain (jcss.us) added for Jackson County Schools?

Hello, I’m a college student at Ball State University. I am having the same issue as many other people on this forum though. I know my school domain is registered with sketchup though because my peers use it. But, I get the same notification telling me to log in with an edu account. My domain is bsu.edu, my full email is natalie.walker@bsu.edu

But our domain it’s on a google educational workspace, how can we fix the problem to use Sketchup for School on Google Workspace?

@gnataliey SketchUp for Schools is a program intended only for primary/secondary or K-12 students and teachers. Hi @ValleSagrado, thanks for the post. It is possible that you are getting caught by our firewall by mistake. I can manually override the firewall to allow you access but I’ll need to get some info from you to allow you access.
