Adjusting columns in tags panel

The Bug introduced with 2021 may be fixed. The fundamental problem is not. Adjusting column width is a basic UI function we need.

Tag window - Column resizing bug

All the columns are user resizable in the Tags window of Layout. So it seems it’s quite possible. It’s worth noting that there are two separate problems here. The columns have never been user resizable by dragging the column divider in the header: they should be. Double weird: The Tags window column widths ARE individually adjustable in Layout. So somebody knows it’s a good idea.
