Access to Sketchup

Hello everyone. I’m trying to access Sketchup and Layout, but after proving the username and password I get “You have exceeded the number of activations allowed.” Please can someone guide me how to access it?

The first thing you need to do before doing anything, which is not shown in the video, is to sign out and close SketchUp and Layout. Do this by clicking the little avatar in the top right corner of the warning window. Sign out and close everything. If that does not work, submit a support ticket here - https://help.sketchup.com/en/contact-support/technical-question/form

Did you sign out and close SketchUp and Layout?
If you have SketchUp open on several machines, this will not log you out and close those SketchUp instances.
