Problems after Sketchup Pro 2022 crash

After a crash I cannot start Sketchup Pro - I keep on getting the window ‘You have exceeded your allowed activations’. I have already sign out on all computers [laptop and desktop] but that has no effect. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Sign in to your account at connect.trimble.com. Click View included Applications and under SketchUp, click Manage Devices, then Deauthorize all.
