Hi Everyone,
When I use any window components from the warehouse in SketchUp Free, they are not cutting out the window spaces. I tried this one a simple square that I drew and still noting. Any solutions that may work? It worked earlier with a different project in the same system and now it will not. Thank you very much!
Can you post the components? Just because they are in the 3d warehouse doesn’t mean they are gluing face cutting components. Are you applying to a face or is the face in a group or component? If you learn to make your own cutting components, you’ll understand how they work.

Note that if your walls have thickness, a cutting component will only cut a hole in one face so you have to cut the other face of the wall with other means.
