I bought a new Mac just to keep up with the greedy requirements of the latest upgrade I’m getting crashes all the timer and to further waste my time now I have to have my license “verified”
You should not loose saved shortcuts. How did you install SketchUp on your new Mac? Is it possible you are running the SketchUp app directly off the disk image?
What version of SketchUp are you using? Your profile is incomplete which makes it difficult to help.
