Has anyone experienced this?
I have shortcuts set up but if SU crashes (which it does quite often these days) I find I lose some, but not all of the shortcuts I have set up. Weird.
SketchUp only saves the session changes of preferences when it successfully closes. If you’ve made changes in a session without then closing SketchUp and reopening, your changes are ripe to be lost.
Long time annoyance to the users.
