SketchUp Pro 2019 not storing shortkeys

Could it be related to this problem I experienced?

Crashing loses preferences

Has anyone experienced this? I have shortcuts set up but if SU crashes (which it does quite often these days) I find I lose some, but not all of the shortcuts I have set up. Weird.
