Is there anyone of the SketUp team who can address this request? Our students are currently not able to login.
Hi @bpsb, thanks for the post. I was in meetings this morning and am now able to assist you with this. In order to get you added to our domain database, I’ll need a few things from you. First I need to know if you have deployed the app via Google or Microsoft. I’ll also need to know if you are a k-12 school or district or if you are a higher education school.
Also, can you confirm if you had access to SketchUp for Schools in the past of if you are trying to access it for the first time?
Finally, if you are seeing a specific error message when the page loads, can you share a screenshot of it with me or describe the issue in detail? I can sometimes get some additional information form that.

Yes, we have deployed via Google. This was deployed using our teacher domain @bossierschools.orgbossierschools.org

Thanks for the reply @bpsb, I was able to get you added to our database without issue. If the firewall was causing issues on our end, they are all resolved now. If you are still seeing an error please let me know so we can troubleshoot the issue and get you up and running as soon as possible. If you see an error, the usual issues we see are bad deployments, different domains requiring different deployments or issues with cookies and popups.
