Hello! I’m an administrator at my institute and I’ve enabled SketchUp for Schools in the administration console. I’ve followed all the specified steps to use it with my students. However, I haven’t been able to log in because I get this error message when registering the school email:
Hi @Quimc, thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. If you are sure you already followed the deployment steps correctly and are sure you used a super admin account to do the deployment, then the next step is to check and see if adding you to our approved domain database is necessary. Sometimes our firewall can be a little overzealous. If you share your domain and website with me and verify that you are a k-12 school then I can get you added to our database later today and that should get you up and running.
If you are not comfortable sharing your domain or website publicly, you can just send me a private message and we can talk there.
Hi @CaseyG , thanks for your fast reply! Our domain is @carlesc.cat and the website is https://ie-carlescapdevila.weebly.com/. Our school has students from kindergarten to 16 years old. We are currently using SketchUp with students aged 12 to 16.
Thanks @Quimc. I just finished getting you added to the database so you are all set to deploy the app. Just make sure you don’t miss any steps as you deploy it as that will cause issues later on.
