Hello, I am the technology director for the Hyde school (Hyde.edu). I followed all of the instructions in the video to add SketchUp to our GSuite account but when myself or the students attempt to login the window just loops. Pop-ups are enabled and I have tried the various troubleshooting methods that I have seen on this forum.
Hi @cricha thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having difficulty with our app. I was able to confirm all your details and get you added to our database of domains. That should clear up any potential firewall issues on our end. Can you give it a try again and let me know if doing that fixed the issue?

Hi please ensure @susd.org and @susdgapps.org for Scottsdale Unified School District is whitelisted on your end. Our users are experiencing the login loop at the “Are you in the right place” window when accessing from edu.sketchup.com
Hi @ilopez, thanks for the post. I just checked our database and could not find your domains in there so I went ahead and added it manually. You should be all set now, assuming you deployed the app correctly. If you did not deploy the app already, you need to do so in order to use SketchUp for Schools. If you need help deploying the app, you can follow the directions in the videos below:
