This also happens when I open a older version of the layout file and try to update to current model.
There is a known issue related to this. It should be fixable if you open the SketchUp file in SU2025, save it and relink the reference in LayOut.
In the screenshot with the two blank viewports, note that the Camera properties have been modified. Those viewports will likely not update correctly because of that.
The last viewport shows you have double clicked into the viewport which overrides the camera properties for the scene. This is not wise.
Share the LO file and I’ll see if I can fix it for you.

The .dwg file won’t help here. Share the .layout file.
It says my file is too big at 16MB
Upload it to DropBox or We transfer and share the link.

I thought you said it was larger than 16 Mb.
sorry that the wrong one
Well, that one shows you didn’t use scenes in SketchUp and you’ve modified the camera properties in LayOut. The model is shown, though.
I would be happy to create a new layout for the sketch up model but when I try to send to layout there is no viewport. When I try to update or relink the layout with the newer version on sketchup things disappear.
This is brand new file and you can see the viewport but the sketchup model does not appear in it. So confused.
Ok.
So when I open your file I see the model in the viewports. I reset the Camera for them. In your SketchUp model I note that you have parts of the model located nearly half a mile from the origin. This can cause graphical issues in LO.
Are you using a template created in an earlier version of LayOut? If so, open it on its own. Save it as a template with a new name. (I’d take a few minutes to add a layer for dimensions.)
After saving the new template, send your SketchUp model to LayOut and select the new template. Does that change anything?
FWIW, I took care of the distant objects in the model. I also purged the unused styles in the model and updated the LO file.
See if this one behaves better on your end.

I am just not sure why but this one is a brand new file linked to a Sketchup file that i cleaned up and there is still nothing showing in the Layout viewports. https://drive.google.com/file/d/13rxaHjPzRXSf9cFbGY3yXlvXlKYh9fWt/view?usp=sharing
