I have just upgraded from shop to pro, however I can’t find the files I had on shop.
Did you keep the same email address when you upgraded from Shop to Pro? Either way, sign into Shop with the email that you have been using, and you should see your files.
The desktop application part of Pro would normally work with local files on your hard drive, but if you go to File/Trimble Connect/Open Model, you should see your online files, and can open them with the desktop application.
