Cannot see my files in Trimble Connect this

Just upgraded from free to SketchUp Pro on Mac M1 laptop. I cannot access any my (many) file in Trimble Connect. Some said change generic helmet icon in Trimble webpage. Can’t see how to do that!
Getting frustrated!!

I only see one email for you, and it’s the same one used for the Free and Pro versions. The same files should show up in Trimble Connect.

Are you set for the same region in both cases? If you go straight to the Trimble Connect web page, does it look correct?
