What happened with the 2-point Arc tool?

Hello everyone.

I wonder what happened to change the previous functionality with the 2-point Arc tool.

Before, I used to be able to draw a line from any one point to another, and then create an arc by the movement of my mouse. I LOVED that operation, but find that it doesn’t seem to work that way anymore.

Now, after the first point is marked, the bulging arc will automatically form. That is NOT what I want to happen, and would like to know if there is anything I can do to have it revert back to the behavior that I desire.

ANY help with this would be HUGELY appreciated.

It predicts the tangential arc allowing you to double click to accept that arc, if you single click it still change according to your mouse movements until you click again.
