Boa tarde!
Obrigado!
Sorry, I responded in Spanish, not Portuguese - silly me.
Good luck!
Yeah, we’ve reached the exhaustion point for troubleshooting. Back in the day, this is when I started asking myself how long it would take to reformat my computer. For now, the good news is that you CAN reach 3D Warehouse! The bad news is that we do not have SketchUp for phones yet. I imagine that if you tried accessing 3D Warehouse from within SketchUp on this computer, you’d have the same experience. If you had access to an alternate computer for testing, that might be helpful. If it worked, then in the short term you could download files from that computer and transfer them over to your main. Not efficient, but workable.
If I were in your position, knowing that the issue has to do something with my computer, I might update to macOS Monterey 12.2.1. It seems others have upgraded similar computers with good results. Good luck, Archted!
Deu certo! Muito Obrigado!!!
To save all y’all a trip to Google Translate: It worked out! Thank you!!!
You’re welcome!
What worked?
I’m having this problem; it said it was ‘working on it’ yesterday and it’s still ‘working on it’ today…
Barry suggested switching to Google DNS. Here’s how:
Thanks for the info.
I’m on a work computer so I don’t think I can muck around too much with that kind of stuff (I’ll check though).
I did as BERRY (see Thank You!!! You’re Welcome!) suggested and tried Google’s public DNS - did not work. I downloaded and ran Tunnel Bear VPN - did not work. Tried going “incognito” in my browser - did not work. Tried rebooting my Mac - Okay, you get the idea - nothing that was suggested restored my access to Warehouse. It was suggested also that I update my OS, which would mean updating software and my WACOM tablet which has no more software driver support beyond my current OS. Again, absolutely nothing changed on my end; 3D Warehouse just stopped opening for me.
Hi all,
I was having the same problem (3D warehouse not opening) since yesterday (Weds.) and this morning (Thurs.). When it brought up the dialog box, I clicked on ‘forums’ and it brought me to this page. Somehow I was reading this thread without being logged in, so I went to the top right hand corner of the page and clicked ‘log in’. As soon as I signed in it opened the 3D warehouse and now I have access to it.
I am using a desktop version, not the web version, so I’m not sure if this will be helpful to anyone but figured I’d post it anyways. Hopefully everyone else’s warehouses start working soon!
Sorry, what dialog box are you referring to? If this works it would be such a relief.
Kwin and Kirsten thank you! The log out/log back in worked! Have a great day!
Yay! So glad it worked for you! I felt bad seeing all of the trouble you were going through with no resolution. Have a great day too!
The funny part is… well, scroll to the top of the thread and you’ll see.
