I’m on holiday and can’t check your files - but looking at your screen shot I would guess that you have modified the scene in LO. The ‘Reset All’ is the clue.

Press the reset all, do not double click to change the camera position for the scene in LO. Then try setting up again.

If it still doesn’t work properly be sure that your SKP scenes all share the exact camera position (you can quickly copy from one scene to the next by using the styles panel.

I’ve reset the scene in this layout because my template was messed up. I need to manually enable the tags in the layout scene for my drawing to work. This is my current solution, but it’s frustrating to do it for every scene. I regret not reviewing this error before working on all those pages.

I’m done resetting all my cameras. But unfortunately, this step didn’t do anything. I wonder, is it because this layout template I made in SketchUp 2022 and re-saved and used it in 2023? Because this thing never happened in 2022.

I’m not seeing any shifting of the model on the page in LayOut 2025. There was some issue with model shifting within viewports a couple of years ago. It occurred when the viewport’s borders were off center as you have in your model. Try updating to the current version of SketchUp and LayOut.

BTW, although you have the same camera position for your plan view scenes, you have your model shifted off to one side.

Generally it’s better to have the model centered within the model window.

I would also suggest that you keep your SketchUp and LayOut files purged of unused content.

I purged unused content from the model you supplied in your link.

That reduced the .skp file size by more than 60%.
Evidently there is some hold-over from unused content in your LayOut template.

Before purging:

After purging:

After relinking the .skp reference to the purged reference your LO file was reduced by 34%. You could stand to reduce the size of some of your render images which would help.

I guess the problem was SketchUp and Layout version then.

Ah, I forgot to purge my file. But, I can’t totally purge, especially on tags because even if that tag didn’t have any model attached to it, I’m still using it for all structure or architectural plans.

Thanks for the help.

You don’t have to purge unused tags.
