Dear Community Hallo.
I have bought 6 licenses of Sketchup Studio for my customer and 6 Dell Workstation with the following configuration:
i9-14900
64GB RAM
1TB NVMe
Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Windows 11
Users almost complains about continuous bug splats in various processes such as:
copy - paste objects inside project.
Rotate objects.

Generally they are facing multiple delays when working with sketchup. For some reason CPU load climps to 100% for a long time and during this the whole computer is unresponsible.

Are there any settings that we can configure. Note that the PCs are workstations and all the requirements that sketchup needs, are meet.

Please advice.

I would start by checking that all display drivers are up to date, and that SketchUp is set to use the Nvidia card in the Nvidia control panel 3D application settings.
The hardware specs are such that no kind of upgrade would bring any noticeable increade in performance. Any slowness could result from modelling habits ( too many high-polygon entourage elements). How big models are the users dealing with?
Are the users saving their models locally or to the cloud?
