I followed the directions for setting up Sketchup for schools in our Google workspace for Education but users get stuck in a logon loop. It keeps taking them to a “Need help getting Access?” I set allow pop ups and cookies but we are stuck.
Hi @mellington , thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I am happy to work with you to get this resolved. As a first step I need some additional information from you. If you have a moment, can you try logging in on a student account and share a screenshot of what you are seeing? It would be even more helpful if you could also open developer mode and screenshot what the console is showing when the loop is happening. It would also be great if you could share the domain of your school. Once I have that information I can start troubleshooting a few things on our end.

The system would not let me send two images so here it is one at a time
Hello Casey and thank you for getting back to me.
Our Google domain is Region1schools.org
Here are some screenshots:
Hi @mellington, thanks for the screenshot. I am in a call with our expert right now and she had a few suggestions. We tried something on our end and may have solved it, but we will not know for sure until you test it. Can you let me know if anything changed?
Unfortunately, it is the same issue.
I also tried on an incognito window but the results are the same.
That is odd @mellington. I really thought our attempt to fix it would have worked. Can you share a screenshot of the entire window with developer mode enabled and the console tab in developer mode open? Something is clearly not working correctly and I need more information to narrow down the cause.
Hi again @mellington, thanks for the post. The screenshot you shared, while somewhat helpful is not quite what I was asking for. Can you please make sure to have the console tab open rather than the elements tab when you are in developer mode? I can get the most information from that tab
The site seems to be working now.
Thanks for whatever you did!
