Loop in Logging in

Dear Administrator,

We have been using SketchUp for Schools successfully for years. Today, we began having issues logging into SketchUp. We are in an infinite loop. My domain is (@warrentboe.org). My email address is lalger@warrentboe.org

Any help you can provide would be great! We had class projects due today and no one can log in. The permissions have been granted and I checked with the tech department that nothing has changed.
Thank you,
Lynn Alger

Same for us – domain ecfs.org

@CaseyG
I’m also having this issue today after previously being added to the whitelist/database just last month. I’m with a K-12 public school district in Michigan using the lc-ps.org domain. Our website for is www.lc-ps.org if verification is needed again.

Same for @cr.k12.de.us Please help! TY

Same issue for *.3villagecsd.org

Hi everyone, thanks for the posts and sorry to hear that you are all having the same difficulty with SketchUp for Schools.

While I am happy to add you to our domain database, that will not help with a looping login. It will only help with the error message that says “Are you in the right place?”

If you are seeing a looping login, the usual suspects to check are permission issues like popups and cookies. Please check that you have allowed them for our site.

Additionally, check that any third party firewalls and antivirus apps are not blocking the site or popup or cookies from said site.

While you check that I’ll ask our team if there were any changes that were made to the app and ask an expert to reply to this thread as soon as they are available to do so.

Thank you for adding the domain. It looks like the issue has been corrected. I never got the error message “Are you in the right place?” My classes just kept going back to the login screen. Thank you again for your help.

Hi @lalger thanks for the message. I am glad to hear that your issue is resolved. If you need additional assistance please feel free to start a new thread anytime. I’ll go ahead and mark your case as resolved.

If anyone else is still seeing an issue please use the @ command to get my attention.
