Thanks for the @ to get my attention and sorry to hear you are having trouble with SketchUp for Schools @willisd. While I am happy to get you added to our database of domains to ensure that you are not getting blocked by the firewall, it is far more likely that you are running into an issue with popups being blocked or some other setting on your end preventing the login process from resolving.
In order to narrow down potential causes it would be helpful if you could answer a few questions for me. First, did you have access before and suddenly lose access or is this the first time you are trying to access SketchUp for Schools? Second, what browser are you using to access SketchUp for Schools? Third, are you sure you deployed the app correctly and followed all the steps outlined in the deployment video? Fourth, what operating system are you running? Finally, are you able to share a screenshot of the console tab in developer mode when the loop is happening? Knowing all of this will help me to help you a lot faster.

We did have access prior to these issues. We started getting reports of login problems about 2-3 weeks ago. We are using Chrome, but I have also tested in Edge and get the same result.
I did follow the deployment guide video and reset up SketchUp for our organization. We are entirely Windows environment on Windows 11.
