As for you @esaldivar, I am happy to work with you to get you added to our database. I will however, need a few things from you before I can get you added. First I need the domain you want me to add. I also need. you to verify you are a k-12 school, district or equivalent. Once I have those two things I can get you added. Additionally, a website is nice to have, but is optional.
Finally, you probably already checked this, but looping pages are usually the result of popups and/or third party cookies being blocked. I would recommend checking those settings when you have a chance to make sure that is not the issue.
I am having the same issue as a lot of these people. I am trying to use SketchUp for Schools, the free version. WhenI or. student try to log in, we get stuck in a loop where I keep on having to click on my Google Account. I get stuck with the same 2 pop-ups - One in the top right corner is asking me which Google Account I want to use. And the other in the middle of the screen is telling me to make sure I have cookies and popups enabled (which I do), and there’s a place to click for if I want o sign in with my Google account rather than my Microsoft account.
My teacher domain is @sfusd.edu
The students will be using the domain @s.sfusd.edu
our school website is John O'Connell High School | SFUSD
Please help me fix this ASAP. We were supposed to start our projects today, but they can be delayed by a few days.

Gabe, is this a new login issue? Were you able to access the app previously?
Yes, I do this project every year in the Spring. So the last time we were able to access it was April of 2024.
Are you logging in with Google? Are you able to select the correct account from the popup in the top righthand corner, or is it preventing you from logging in through the primary menu?
I’ve tried logging in both with google or just with entering in my account and password manually. I am able to select the correct account from the popup on the right hand corner, but then it just cycles through and I’m still stuck on the same screen. Here is a screenshot of where I get stuck every time. I’m starting to get very worried this won’t be resolved by tomorrow, which is when we start this project. Please help. This is quite urgent. Thank you!

Hi @zwettlerg, Tori just sat down at her desk about 15 minutes ago.I’ll personally walk over to her and make sure that she is aware of your post and see if she has an update. We were not able to replicate the issue when we did some testing last week though so we may need to set up a support call sometime to get this one resolved.
In the meantime, we have some standard troubleshooting steps that we will need to run through, just to make sure we are working with a good deployment of the app and that all the settings are as they should be. If you would like to run through them now, that may save us some time when the time comes for a support call.

Make sure that the app was deployed via a super admin. A regular admin won’t work.

Make sure that both Third Party Cookies and Pop Ups are enabled for the site. both on a domain level via any firewall software you are using and a user level. They are required so that the login process will resolve correctly
Normally II would also list that we would need your domain so I can run a search in our database but I already have that from a previous post and am running the search as I type this out.
I’ll let you know as soon as I have any additional info.
