Username no longer recognized

Username no longer recognized, and can’t see how to send SU a message about it since I can’t log into my SU account. When I created a new account, it shows me with no software (of course) but also until I download the free version or take similar steps it doesn’t offer any help or tech support option.

How can I send a query on what happened to the account for my standalone SUPro 2020?

I could only find licenses for 2015 and 2016, for the email address you use in the forum.
