User has trial account can't add them to my pro account

Hi, I have a user that created his own trial account. I have now added him to our pro account with the same email address. when he logs in he only sees his trial account - how do I proceed?

If he used the company address as his personal Trimble ID, in the account management page there will be two sections, one most likely Personal, and another, your company name. The Pro account should show in the company section.
