A simple question.
If I have SU 2020.0 licence can I upgrade free to 2020.1? Respectedly, if I have 2019.0 licence and download 2019.1/2/3 will it work on the same key?
Short answer is yes to both.

‘Upgrade’ handles major versions, ‘Updates’ minor.
The last one are free for the version you have.
There is one complication to know about. Only the most recent of the licenses that you have activated can be activated on a new computer. If you had 2019.0 installed on a computer that wasn’t able to run 2020, you could download 2019.3 and it would work. But, if you have 2020 activated on one computer and you want to fresh install SketchUp 2019.3 onto a lesser computer, that won’t work.
