I downloaded SU2020 the day it was released… so far no real issues.
Just a little query. Why is the software showing a 30 day trial, whereas I do have a 2019 licence? I thought upgrades where part of the previous licence for a few months at least?
When you first purchase a classic license it will include 1 year maintenance and support, which includes the upgrade. However, each major version’s license has a different license number.
So if it is a classic license you purchased, you need to go through the renewal portal …
If on the other hand, you purchased a subscription license, you just just pay every year (or it’s billed against a credit card,) and you use the latest versions of the products that are available with your subscription plan.
