I upgraded from Free to Go and could not log into sketchup. I see I have an active account but can’t continue working. My work is in Trimble Connect but tools are different. I’ve already spent hours trying to get back to work. I would go back to free but need 3D warehouse upgrades! Please help.
Go is the free web version with a few extras, or the ipad version. If you are seeing very different tools perhaps you are trying to use the downloadable desktop version, which Go does not give you access to.
