I have update reminders for my plugins however once I try and update them in extension manager it indicates they are not valid. Reason being (I think) is the email I used when setting them up originally is no longer being used.
is there a way to get to the root level and change that or
Do I need to uninstall them and reinstall them with my current email?

The emailaddress is the very root and the ‘Unique Identifier’ of the database, so to speak, thus altering wouldn’t suffice.

Your profile does not indicate what version you use, but you have to be logged in with the email (=Trimble ID) which bought the extension.
