Hello.

I have sketch up 2021.

I’ve been having trouble installing extensions (even with some excellent community advice).

I’ve been frustrated with having to open the warehouse seperately.

Nothing major at all but I’m considering signing up to the most upto date version.

Is this the best thing to do? Is there any discount for having already purchased a version?

I can see it’s £301 per year.

I no longer have the dmg for sketch up

Should I do this? Will I loose 2021 for those years I can’t afford the subscription???

Have you tried using Sketchucation? Along with the extensions the Sketchucation Store extension can be a time saver in the future, also it is needed for licensing of Fredo 6 extensions.

Each version of SketchUp is stand alone. You do not need to remove 2021. 2024 will open previous file versions.

Possibly from a local retailer.
