Hi. I am trying to update Sketchup to 2017. For some reasons I can’t get new license for 2017. My license number for 2016 ends on ALR
Assuming you have a single seat licence, if you’ve bought SU2016pro, or renewed your maintenance, within the last year you are eligible for a free upgrade to SU2017pro. The licences will not work on different versions though, you’ll need to navigate to the licence wizard and follow the steps there, an updated serial, etc. will be sent to you. You should have received an e-mail from SketchUp / Trimble to this effect previously as well, if you are eligible for a free upgrade. If you’re not eligible you’ll have to purchase maintenance…
