I upgraded to 2017 Pro a few months ago but now need to reload 2016 to an old laptop for a meeting today. However, now my 2016 license info (SN and Authorization Code) do not work.
Any help?

Bummer, I had the same problem and I didn’t realize that when you upgrade to 2017 you can’t authorize a new machine to run 2016. You can put Sketchup Make 2016 on the laptop.

Single User Licenses: You can keep using SketchUp Pro 2016 on any machines you’ve already authorized, but you won’t be able to use the 2016 license to authorize any new machines.

In addition to what Wade wrote, if you had just left SU2016 installed, it would still work even with SU2017 installed. They install separately so you can have more than one version of SketchUp installed.

you could upload the model to Trimble Connect and sign into my.sketchup from the laptop to show the model…
it will require internet access to view…
