License purchases doesn't work on newly downloaded Pro 2016

Sorry if there’s any issues with this post as it’s my first one.

I have seen previous threads that address this but no answer that solves my dilemma.

I purchased a license for sketchup pro 2016 and have recently had to change computers. The newly download version of 2016 doesn’t accept my license.

License begins with an RA - Can anyone help me in downloading the correct version?

I’m running Mac OS

Are you sure you installed SU2016 Pro? How are you trying to add the license? Do you get any sort of message when you try to add the license? What is that message?

Did you remove the license from the old computer?

I didn’t but The computers not working properly so my chances of getting into sketchup and removing the license is slim.

I will try but is there another way?
