Unable to sign in to SketchUp for Schools even though signed in with Google for Education Workspace account

As the domain admin, I have whitelisted the app in the Marketplace and teachers are able to do individual installs on their browser. However, when they try to access Sketchup for Schools using the waffle menu, it asks them which account to use (and they select their Google for Education account), it then asks to be granted permissions (which they allow), and then it errors out saying “Are you in the right place?”

This link mentions domain registration. We don’t have a .EDU domain (we’re not in the US) but we DO have Google Classroom enabled.

Anyone have any idea what’s going on and what we can do to get this working?

Thanks.

Our ed domain (Australia) and firewalls don’t allow Google docs or Google account connectivity (security supposedly) and is based around Microsoft Teams. We had to download the app via Chrome however and log in with our Microsoft identities.

Thanks @FrostWolf but we’re a Google Workspace for Education school so I’m 100% sure that it’s not the cause because we can access all Google services.
