Hi, I can login to SketchUp for Schools (I’m a teacher), but none of my students are able too. They receive the “Are you in the right place?” error message. It looks like it be caused by the domain not ending in .edu, and we’re not whitelisted? I am why, if that’s it, it didn’t also affect my account. Everyone signs in using they’re school google accounts.
The domain for all of us nsd42.net.
Is there anything else that needs to be done so they can login again?
