I wanted to reinstall the Sketchup GO on the iPad Pro 11" as it kept crashing when I wanted to add 3d text. Now I am unable to download it as it keeps asking for credit card details tho I have a valid subscription. How do I download it again??

It’s a free app, so you can’t be charged for it , especially if you’ve downloaded it before.
Apple may require you to have a card on file , even for free downloads. It maybe that you are seeing information about that.
