Hi, I bought An annual SketchUp go for my iPad from apple store, but now I can’t use it and I don’t know why. I used it for only one week and now it told me I have SketchUp free but I have a regular invoice. Thank’u if you can help me. There is a number to call for help me?
On the iPad, check settings > apple id > apps > SketchUp to see which ‘private relay email was used.
You must add this email address in the member section when going to the AMP in the browser:
myaccount.trimble.com (use Apple ID sign in)
Make sure it has ‘product access’
