How to have Sketchup iPad and Go use the same Trimble Connect account

Hi All, Cheers.

Just recently purchased the 1 year subscription to Sketchup iPad and the account is setup under a strange email that I don’t have access to. I already have a Trimble connect account under my normal email login but that account doesn’t show the purchase of “Go”.

I would like to be able to access my drawings on my iPad and iMac using the same Trimble account. Is this possible?

You can assign the license to the email that you use on both devices.
Log in with the email that bought the subscription, then coose the ‘Members’ section and change the peosuct access for that email.
Then add a user (the other email) and give it product access.
